User Survey and findings

I created survey questionnaire for Equinox app users asking them about their experience, asking how often they use the app, when they use it, and if they know about other Equinox offerings.

4 out of 8 users said they did not know about the other promotions available at Equinox and that they could purchase the merchandise from the app.

This is an opportunity as most fitness apps allow the opportunity for users to upload their data to track their progress. This is also an opportunity for diet content and fulfilling the complete fitness lifestyle.

next steps

In conclusion designing new features for a company I admire was rewarding. I have a lot of knowledge on the fitness industry and wanted to help improve an app I admire. The prototype was a success and I was able to inform my designs from the users I interviewed as well as the findings I found during my competitive research. The process showed me that everything is designed with the users best interest in mind by providing them with the right tools on their applications helps improve user retention and satisfaction.
